Being busy individuals we know how valuable it is to have professional, reliable domestic support.

With experience in Industrial Recruitment of 12+ years, clients came from all backgrounds, a large chunk of the regular clients were cleaning companies. Teams of cleaning personnel were recruited , supplied and managed with excellent standards to keep the clients happy.

                                                So if the cleaning companies asked for help……

We both were employed by a voluntary organisation which works for older people and understand the problems that face older people, along with people with disabilities and able bodied people alike.  We were regularly asked if we could recommend a company that could assist people with simple daily tasks, such as shopping, laundry and paying bills etc.  Company policy in our previous employment would not allow us to recommend any particular company.  When we investigated what help was available it appeared that there were no companies offering these services and indeed, no easy way of finding out if any existed.  

            The idea of combining a cleaning company alongside domiciliary support …… Thackray Jones Ltd was born.

We understand how important it is to do a job well!  We both know how annoying and inconvenient it can be to have staff not arrive when you are relying on them, and the poor service you may experience when you ring up to sort things out.  Here at Thackray Jones Ltd we fully appreciate customer service and regularly check that our clients are not only satisfied but happy!
